CCS Dual-Snap Pressure and Temperature Switches (Ex)

Dual-Snap

The dual-snap principle: A (prestressed) disc spring compresses under pressure and springs back after relieving pressure. Thus, a consistent and reproducible switch point is achieved. This switch point is insusceptible to external influences, such as shocks (up to 10G), vibrations and ambient temperature.

After a while, calibration for the switches is no longer required. The switch will always be functioning on the originally set pressure with a tolerance of up to 1%. This goes for the ‘dead band’ as well.
