The Dual-Snap principle is based on an ingenious mechanism where a preloaded disc spring snaps under pressure and returns to its original position once the pressure is relieved. This ensures a consistent and reproducible switching point. The microswitch behind the disc spring operates in an on/off state, minimizing wear. Thanks to this robust design, CCS Dual-Snap switches require significantly less frequent calibration than conventional switches.
